Even modern medical science says that Fasts have tremendous power. The fast that I am talking about is Sai Baba's Nine Thursday Fast. This Fast has tremendous power. I , myself have tried this fast and got what i wished. I have seen may people who got desired results. So I want you to also benefit from my experience.

- To do this fast first decide it by taking name of Sai Baba faithfully. Then remembering Sai Baba tell him your cause for doing this fast and beg Sai Baba for completing it.
- On the day of fast create a place for worshiping Sai Baba. place a table or something in east direction. put a clean yellow cloth on it. then place Sai Baba's photo or idol on it. you can also place "Sai Yantra" on it.
- Then on thursday after bathing worship Sai Baba. To worship first put "tilak" on Sai Baba. Then present yellow flowers to Sai Baba.
- then light sticks or " ghee diya" in front of Sai Baba.
- After this read Sai Baba fast story in front of Sai Baba.(this books are available at all pooja shops across the country ). if you are not able to read you can also ask someone to read it but dont forget to listen it.
- Then remembering Sai Baba tell him your cause for doing this fast and beg Sai Baba for completing it.
- Then do Sai Baba's aarti.
- After that present sweet/fruits etc to Sai Baba. After presenting it to Sai Baba distribute those "prasad " to people and you should also consume it.
- If possible then visit Sai Baba's temple.
- This fast can be done by people of all religion, all caste, all ages. If you want to do it then there is no boundation.
- you should eat something during thursday during fast. it is forbidden to remain hungry. if you want then you can eat only one time instead of two times.

SHIRDI SAIBABA - 3WEEKS FASTING.
ReplyDeleteGod is Almighty. Let Shirdi Sai give all wellness in everyone's life. Apart from 9weeks Baba vrat there is also a 3weeks Vrat which gives immense benefit as soon as we start doing vrat.
Here it goes:
The important thing in the Vrat is we should not consume sweet in any form(sugar,jaggery,Honey, snacks etc whatever which contains sweet). Fruits are permitted.
Step by step rules:
1. We can start the Vrat on a Thursday morning. After taking bath, in ur pooja room place a baba photo(if you have already have a baba statue or photo then its fine),offer flowers to him. Then in a small container you can fill sugar, place it in front of the photo. Now pray to Shirdi sai your wish.
2. The vrat should be done for entire 3 weeks with no exemption (for example if you start on 26th Feb’15, the fasting it should end by 18th Mar’15)
3. On the 3rd week Wednesday(preferably evening), you can go to the near by sai temple and offer Sweets to Shirdi sai.
4. The Vrat will be completed on the next day Paal Neivedyam to Baba in your home with the sugar that we put during the first week.
I personally done this vrat and got immense blessings of baba. I would come to know about this through some Tamil Aanmiga book.
